What is the difference between a recruitment agency and a temporary employment agency ?
A recruitment agency specializes in permanent placement by collaborating directly with establishments, while a temporary employment agency (ETT) provides temporary workers for short-term assignments. Moreover, in a recruitment agency, the candidate signs the contract with the establishment, unlike an ETT, which signs its own contracts with the candidate.
What types of contracts do you offer ?
Our firm does not offer contracts; it is our partners who are responsible for filling out the job description with the type of contract they wish, which can be fixed-term (CDD) or permanent (CDI).

I sent my CV and no one called me, why ?
There may be several reasons for this:

We receive a lot of CVs, and each is treated with care. All this takes time.

Our partners do not have recruitment needs. We, therefore, do not have a position to offer you.

Your profile may match certain job offers but applications are currently in progress, whose file must be treated as a priority.

New offers arrive every day, you may still receive a call at any time, even 1 year after your first application.
How does the recruitment process work within Diamond Solutions ?

What is the average time to find a job through your services ?
On average, to finalize the recruitment process, it takes 1 to 13 working days from the moment the Talent Manager contacts you and retains your application. This also depends on the recruitment needs of each establishment. Despite everything, we always do our best to ensure the best services and rapid integration at one of our partners.
What are the costs associated with your services for candidates and clients ?
Our services are completely free for candidates, with no financial commitment on their part. For companies, our pricing system is based on success. An invoice applies only if the candidate we recommend successfully completes their trial period and continues to work within the establishment.
What is our pricing scale for the client based on ?
Our pricing scale is based on the rarity of the profile and the position sought by the establishment.
Do you ensure candidate references ?
According to articles L. 1221-8-and L.1221-9 of the Labor Code, “any employer wishing to inquire about a candidate's references must first ask for their permission.” We, therefore, ensure candidate references with their consent.
How do you proceed if a candidate currently employed at one of your partners seeks your services ?
Before being able to leave the establishment, the candidate must inform our partner (their employer) of the situation themselves. Our policy is to respect the candidates' choices as long as they are transparent with the establishment where they are employed.
What happens to the CVs of candidates not contacted ?
Your application remains in our database for 2 years. Talent Managers search for the best offers on the market and can contact you at any time to make you an offer. To learn more about our GDPR, click here.
